Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.
Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:
- Minimum Weight per rider 60lbs.
- Maximum Weight per rider 230lbs.
- Participants under the age of 18 must have an adult present to sign waiver.
- Must wear closed toed shoes.
- All hair must be tied back and secured. No loose jewelry, hats or scarves.
- Participants can not be pregnant.
